Each tablet duration varies for every person as shower water pressure affect the length of aromatherapy of each shower. It can range from 5 minutes to even 3 or 4 days if you leave the steamer in shower floor after use. It can also act as a aromatic scent for your bathroom.

Yes, shower steamers can be safe during pregnancy as we made with mild, pregnancy-safe essential oils and used in moderation. For medical condition, best to avoid strong or contraindicated oils like clary sage or rosemary, and consult your doctor if unsure.
